Fumio Tatesako
Fumio Tatesako is a history teacher at Recca's school. He's so obsessed with ninjas, especially the Hokage. He was later kidnapped by Mokuren and Koganei together with Yanagi because of his knowledge of the said ninja clan. During Recca and the other's absence, he was the one who covered for them. Kaima
Kaima is a madougu creator and a member of the Hokage ninja clan. He was obsessed to killing people and he made madougus that were designed to kill people which is the counterpart of his rival, Kokuu's madougus with the aim to protect people. He created many madougus such as the Hyouma En, Koukai Gyoku, Raijin and many more and his last creation was the strongest and most wicked madougu of all, Tendou Jigoku. He was then killed by Kokuu and other Hokage ninjas.
Kasumi
Kasumi is a student at Nashikiri High School, the same school as Domon, her crush. They first met at the school's garden (?) where Domon was trying to save the plants which were destroyed by some students.
Kurenai
Kurenai is a lady who Mori adopted to test if Kurei really threw his emotions away. Kurenai offered Kurei roses one day, but Kurei just refused and slapped the roses away. Kurenai slapped him and from then on, love bloomed between the two. When Mori found out about this, he beat Kurei up and because Kurenai's life may also be in the line, he told Mori that he doesn't care about Kurenai.
Mori then orders Kurei to kill Kurenai using his own hands but when Kurei didn't, Mori pushed the button of the bomb inside Kurenai which was the cause of Kurenai's death. Kurei then turned Kurenai into his flame and she burned Kurei's left cheek as a sign that they will always be together. Mifuyu Mikagami Mifuyu is Tokiya's elder sister who was killed while protecting him and the Mikagami family heirloom, the Ensui.
Reina Reina is Kurei's mother and a mistress to Ouka. In the manga, it was shown that she used the madougu "Shinryo Shintou" and "Kuchibashi Ou" during the Hokage's fight with Takasugi.
Renge Renge is a clone with Kurei and Kurenai's cells inside her. She was created with the help of Genjurou and was awakened during the Ura Buto Satsujin's final round. She calls Mori "papa" and always obeys what he says since she her brain hasn't fully developed yet. She was then "eaten" by the Tendou Jigoku so that Mori can use her flame power.
Sakura Sawaki Sakura-hime is said to be Yanagi's "previous self" and also has healing powers. She was Koheita's childhood friend and she later fell in love with him. After Koheita died, she locked herself inside her room and ended her life with Koheita's lifeless body near her.

Daikoku is a member of the
team Kuu who was Hokage's first opponent in the tournament Ura Butou
Satsujin. It was not specified if his staff (or bou) was a madougu or
not. He was defeated by Tokiya.
Fujimaru
A member of the team Ku and
the founder of the "Fuuko Fans Club", Fujimaru is a pervert who likes
killing people be it an adult or a kid. His weapons are small sickles
which he uses to strip Fuuko of her clothes during their fight in the
Ura Butou Satsujin.
Kuukai
Kuukai is the leader of the
group Kuu and the father of Misora. Kuukai is known as "Hotoke no
Kuukai" because of his Buddha-like appearance. He seems nice and normal
but after hitting him three times, his madougu gets activated and he
won't stop beating up his opponent unless they die.

Misora
Misora is Kuukai's daughter, the same age as Recca.
Saicho
Saicho is a student of Kuukai. He uses the madougu "Shikigami" which can control paper. He likes reading tanka and haiku. He's very kind and Misora always told him that fighting doesn't suit him since he can't even kill an insect. Koganei treats him like a brother and a best friend.
