Answer: "FoR" is shorter for "Flame of Recca".

Answer: It may be because you are not logged in, you're banned or maybe because you have an inappropriate name. Users with inappropriate name (e.g. CyBEr_me123, H0t_lezbi, TuckingFypo-HATER, kurei-HATER etc.) will be transferred in the group "Trolls" and they can't post new threads, post in a thread and comment. (But most of the time, we inform our troll users first to change their name before transferring them.) To solve the problem, just re-register with a different and appropriate name. ^_^
